Gold Ball
mill Brief
Gold Ball mill, a type of Grinding Mill, is a cylinder-shaped
device used to grind materials like ores, chemicals, ceramic
raw materials and paints. The ball mills are the key milling
equipment after material has been crushed. It is divided into
two rubbing way***- the dry and the wet. Gold Ball mill is
mainly composed of charging and discharging, cyclone and
rotation parts (like redactor, minor rotation gear, motor,
electric machine, etc). Hollow axis is made of steel parts with
a lining replacable. Major rotation gear, machined by rolling
wheel of casting, is lined with wearing plate with fine
wear-resisting property. This machine runs stably and reliably.
Gold Ball mills rotate around a horizontal axis, partially
filled with the material to be ground plus the grinding medium.
Different materials are used for media, including ceramic
balls, flint pebbles and stainless steel
balls.
Structural Feature of Gold Ball
Mill:
Gold Ball mill is a
principle and cylindrical revolving device, and belongs to
external gear-driving ball mill. The materials are transported
by feeder, and gets into mill chamber through hollow screw axis
equably, and there is lining plate and steel balls in the
chamber. When the cylinder body goes round and round, the steel
ball is taken to certain height, then falls down, and the
materials are struck and grinded heavily. The above action
repeats constantly till the size of materials reaches the
required fineness. The powdery materials are discharged through
discharge grate plate, and the milling work is
over.
Gold Ball mill mainly
consists of feeding part, discharging part, gyre part,
transmission part (decelerated machine, small transmission
gear, motor, electric control) and so on. The hollow axis
adopts cast steel, the lining plate can be replaced, the big
gyre gear is made of forging rolling gear, and there is lining
plate in the cylinder body, which has favorable abrasion
resistance. The ball mill has the features of stable running
and reliable working.
Application of gold
mill:

re-crush eqipment after the crushing. Ball mill is widely used
in cement, silicate products, new building materials,
refractories, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal
ore-dressing, as well as the production industry of glass or
ceramics, for carry though dry or wet grinding of a variety
ores and other materials.

Working Principle of the gold ball
mill:
Gold ball mill is the
horizontal tube-shaped rotating devices, gear drive outside,
two storehouse, lattice-type ball mill. Material come into the
feed-in device then via device-axis, reach the first mill
warehousefrom spirally and evenly. There are ladder lining,
within different specifications of steel balls inside. Cylinder
rotation generated centrifugal force, must be bring steel ball
to a fixed height then down, produce bang and grind. Materials
in the first warehouse are coarse grinding, via the
single-layer warehouse-separating plate into the second
warehouse, the warehouse within the flat lining inside, which
has the steel ball, materials will be skived further. Powder is
discharged through the discharge grate plate, the grinding
operation is over.
