    For two
years of hard work, our company has successfully developed the Wood
Effect Transfer Automatic Production Line, which is the first
system of full-automatic & horizontal vacuum suction table.
Automazation including aluminum profile edge grinding, convey the
aluminum profiles and lift them to the table of ultrasonic bagging
machine, slit the film according to profile length, convey the
bagged aluminium profile to vacuum suction table, peel off the film
after sublimation transfer and unloading the finished. All
procedures are controlled by Siemens Touch Screen & PLC
program. Pressing one , the whole production line works in
order automatically, which just be required 4~5 worker to
operate.
   Our new design to the hot air pipe of transfer
oven, makes the oven temperature evened, so that the effect of
finished seems real and color is uniform. The dimension size of
transfer oven can be customized according to the clients production
requirement. And the whole produce capacity double to the ordinay
