The SCS***0 Spray coating System is an efficient machine for applying conformal coatings for various applications. It improves productivity by allowing selective coating of areas without the need for time consuming masking. The quality of spray is repeatable. All coatings, varying from thick to thin, can be applied.
The SCS***0 is a fully programmable selective coating system. It's user-friendly proprietary software can perform intricate patterns needed for an excellent coating process. It also has a programmable tilt and rotation function to access most areas. Together with the gantry system and the spray valve, the SCS***0 can deliver an even coated area with a maximum of approximately 0.*1mm.
The SCS***0's area coating features allow for fast programming. Dry runs after programming also lets the user check the spray head's position without actual spraying. It's valves are easy serviceable and low maintenance. It's parts are low-budget and inexpensive to replace.
