This machine's structure is compact,and suitable for the production line of different direction an different height.
ÂThe machinery part adopts combination designing of modularization,and makes the machine reasonable.The height adjustment adopts motor fluctuating;It is convenient to replace the material.The special cutter head designing makes the film-rolling cut more exactly and reliably.
Application:
It is used to apply full body or tamper evident bands to a variety of round, oval, square, rectangular, and irregularly shaped and sized empty or filled containers made of glass, plastic, metal, or paperboard for water,juice,milk,yogurt,edible oil,liquid soap,shampoo,body lotion,pesticide etc.
 How it works
It comprises of shrink sleeve applicator, shrink tunnel, steam generator and conveyor and can be incorporated into customer's existing production line or operated stand-alone.Â
Filled or empty containers are transported via an infeed conveyor and then metered via a rotating feedscrew, As the containers enter the labeler, the labels in web form are opened and formed into a tube by a mandrel, fed in precise registration with a printed graphic, cut in precise registration, applied to a container which is then transported via conveyor to a steam tunnel where controlled steam heat shrinks the sleeve tightly onto the container.
