What's Overload Limiter System?

The overload limiter is a safety device installed on the hoisting drum to sense the lifting weight of an overhead crane or gantry crane to prevent overload.

WTZ A700 Overload limiter can be in the form of English characters, graphics,characters and so on comprehensive display the various parameters in the process of work. As the main hook load, vice hook load, work boom Angle, length of boom, radius, etc.

Overload Limiter Alarm function
Have sound and light alarm function: when the crane boom work amplitude limit close to work, when lifting load and torque device close to the permitted load limit, torque system issued a warning of slow beeping sound. Warning lights flashing slowly torque system.

Overload Limiter protection function
