Electro-plating line series include washing machine, nickel plating machine, copper plating machine, chrome plating machine, dechrome machines, degreasing machines.

HJ-DDX electroplating production line can be divided into automatic, semi-automatic and economy types. Automatic production line implements PLC control or microcomputer program control. It has the advantages of high efficiency, less operators, small volume; Semi-automatic production line achieves the single-machine automatic control program, with the advantages of long service life, convenient maintenance; Eco-production line, which adopts manual control, is the first choice for the small and medium-sized enterprises to improve the quality of products.

The production line adopts Japan Panasonic electronic components and frequency converter. The line is controlled by PLC, realizing full automation. Combined the use experience and the latest intelligent CNC technology, designers design the machine, realizing single-machine PLC control, text display, the whole- line networking and touch screen operation interface.
FEATURES:
1. High automatization, cylinder is automatically transferred by the travelling crane; fully automatic load/unload cylinder system, controlled by the general console.
2. Easy loading for cylinders, can directly clamping inside tank and also sealing.
3 .Chrome polishers also merged into the auto plating line
4. Scientific design; good sealing effect; strong an-corrosion; attractive appearance, great current, high output, easy maintenance
5.One worker can work with the whole plating line; the producing efficiency is improved more than *0%.
