The model is of perfect design and advanced program control, and adopts the optimized crank structure to fulfill the main die cutting action and precise cam intermittent system to reach feeding action. Meanwhile, we use CAD to accomplish all assistant designs. Moreover, we have tested main parts by stress analysis and simulation by computers. At the same time, the all the key parts are converted by machining center. FEEDING SECTION A. SERVO front edge feeding system ensures high precise registration. B. Continually adjustable suction force suitable for wrap page board steady feeding. C. Side push lays ensures high precise registration. DIE CUTTING SECTION A.
