The entire machine takes PLC as controlling unit and servo motor as driving unit. The relevant parameters can be set and adjusted via the screen to facilitate the changeover process when packing different sizes. The width and height of bags can be adjusted automatically via motor. The bagging device can feed the bags automatically. The spare bagging device is adopted to avoid machine down when bags are out. The horizontal movement of forming mould is driven by servo motor so as to ensure the hi-speed and stable operation. Each packing circle is counted and showed on the screen for the output statistics. The resistance wire and cutter are used as sealing units, and the working voltage is *4V. The touch screen serves as a user-friendly interface, through which we can timely set the relevant system parameters.
