DPP***0 Automatic Blister packing Machine is our advanced equipment designed under updated improvement. Adopt the integral technology applying frequency inverter for speed control and mechanism, electricity, light, and air to machine. 1.Main motor adopts frequency inverter control of operating speed (Punch speed ranges within ****0 times/min), which are decided according to blister travel length and filling speed.
a)Adopts top brand PLC controller with touch screen displayed in Chinese and English, Frequency inverter for speed control, which can ensure the length of blister traction adjustable within the range.
2.With thermal temperature control and test, main machine overloading protect, PVC and PTP packing material position test, feeder material position test, failure automatic debug and alarm, automatic protection and stop running.
3.Mould adopts keyway positioning, pressing plate clamping, ensuring convenient adjustment while replacement of another mold.
4..Adopts auto photoelectric register device for patterns and words of Al foil driven by step motor, ensuring accurate registration and perfect performance.
5.The machine station module type design of the level frame, good sight, safe and convenient operation.
6.Thermal with contact type, positive press formed, air cushion thermal seal upper and lower net, photo register make your product package better.
7.Discharging finished product in the right order, automatic collection of bad products, auto rewinding of strap material to ensure easy collection.
8.Auto close and opening of forming plate help delay the running time after dropping down the heat plate and also makes packing material efficiently used.
9.High Feeding efficiency, reliable and suitable for many kinds type arrange and irregular feeding,(according to actual product design fit feeder)

*0.Auto alarm and stop of the machine when PVC finds in lack or ruptured provides much convenience to the operator for timely PVC replacement or joint PVC.
*1.Stainless steel plate separates the lower transmission area and upper operation area; material contact parts adopt **6L and other parts use **4S.S; transparent cover, which meets GMP standard.
*2.All parts contact with material including hopper adopt high-level stainless steel, which meets “GMP” requirements.
*3.The machine has been designed into a separate body, which is easily moved into lifts or workshops.
