1.Lime, gypsum griding system
Need jaw crusher,ball mill，in order to reduce covers an area of each one, adopt crushing and mixing mill at the same time.After the jaw crusher, the size should be less than *0mm ,materials will be sent to the ball mill by belt conveyor for fine grinding. Then send them into the store bin.
2.Ingredients
Main ingredients have fly ash, sand (slag）, quick lime, fly ash can be added amount more than *5% highest, that will be digestion more industrial waste and reduce the product cost.(need mixer,Electronic dosing machine )Â
3.brandeds molding
Wheel grinding machine crushes the mixture,and then sent to DEYI automatic hydraulic brick machine, forcing molding.
4.Static stop maintenance
In order to make bricks reach to a certain strength before autoclaved maintenance,prevent to crack due to temperature change.
