Introduction:
This circuit is a cyclic timer, with independently adjustable on
and off periods. The on and off periods can be adjusted thro two
PCB mounted trimmer potentiometers from a few seconds to
approximately *5 minutes. It includes a relay which can handle
loads from *4v to **0v AC or DC
