P-Cell is an only 4" thick rigid mini-pleat type filter. It is thinner, lighter and offer high performance air filtration with long service life. P-Cell is the best choice for HVAC system. It is ideal for new installations, as it is smaller and costless in air handling system. For an existing system, P-Cell can replace higher price and bulky filters. Three efficiency ranges are available: ****5%, ****5%, and ****5% (according to ASHRAE Standard *2.*****2 & EN**9). The filter can operator under difficult condition and excel as diffusion filter for spray booth make up air as pre filters for HEPA filter. P-Cell is made by mini-pleats to enlarge media area. Although 4" depth, it can make air flow rate ***0CFM by size *4x*4". It has better preformance in pressure drop compared with middle efficiency filters under same conditions. MEDIA P-Cell meida is made of water-repellent glass microfiber paper or synthetic fiber media. The glass microfiber paper is formed with a dual density construction, coarser fibers on the upstream and finer fiber on the downstream. This structure allows the media increasing dust holding capacity. The synthetic media is made of meltblown fine fiber offering maximum dust holding capacity. The media is pleated form the filter pack and it without aluminum separators or extended metal to support the media. Adhesive beads applied on both sides of the media separate the pleats to permit maximum air flow with minimum resistance. Construction The frame consists of tow-piece of die cut, which has been specially resisted moisture. Two die cut are bonded together forming a double wall around the perimeter filter. The mini-pleat media pack is bonded inside the double wall frame. Standard frame is made of paper; Galvanized, aluminum, or particle board is available.
