The raw material for the production of collagen casing is reticular
layer of the dermis are taken from the healthy killed animals
(hides splits) which is received from tanneries.
Safety of raw materials is to be executed according to the demands
of the Veterinary Certificate and conclusions of sanitary and
epidemiological expertise.
The main component of the hide splits is structural protein
collagen, which ensures mechanical strength of the casing and their
physiological value for the human body.
The quality of the raw materials, semi-manufactured products,
finished products are controlled during production of casing. The
control ensures the quality and safety of casings.
Safety of products for human health is confirmed by the conclusions
of sanitary-epidemiological expertise.
