Cleaned from the stalk, washed and stored at a suitable temperature to dry out. The ARONIA FRUITS are ready for immediate consumption. They can be used for the preparation of dishes in different cuisines (e.g. French) and for daily drinks (tea, juices, etc).

Recipe:

Chokeberry tea (no sugar) for diabetics:

1 tablespoon crushed dried fruit are flooded with 1 cup boiling water, kept waiting for *0 minutes and filtered. **3 tablespoons accepted 3 times a day. Store in a cool place.

Aronia Jam

Products:

**4 apples

1 kg dried chokeberries

1.5 kg sugar

1 packet of lemon acid

Method of preparation:

Wash the chokeberries and place them in boiling water for **5 minutes, then cool them with cold water, leave them to be drained and place them in the pot. Add two cups of water and **0g sugar. Leave the mixture boil for **4 minutes. Switch off the heat. After a few hours put the mixture back on the fire to boil and add the remaining sugar. The apples should be pre-cleaned, cut them into pieces and place them in boiling water for ***0 minutes without braising, once the jam is almost ready. After you exclude the heat, add the lemon acid. Distribute in jars and leave for the winter.
