1.     INTRODUCTION:
Pectinase is a high activity agent obtained from the submerged fermentation of the fungal organism, Aspergillus niger, and is prepared by modern biological extraction technology.
2.     WORKING MECHANISM:
SUKAFEED.Pec is used in feed material, firstly it will destroy the Plant Cell Walls by breaking down the middle lamella, then promote the Nutrition be released fully from the cell walls.
