I.Application and Composition
This CCR line is
applied to produce conductive aluminum rod in
Ф9.5mmã€Ð¤*2mmã€Ð¤*5mm by adopting continuous
casting and rolling processing technique, which is competitive
with the similar products in international standard.
The production line consists of *-ton shaft melting furnaceã€two*8ton holding furnaceã€**0m3 water cooling tower(prepared by user)ã€Wheel type continuous casting machineã€haul-off scrolling shearerã€continuous rolling machineã€dual-spools rod coilerã€electrical control system and so on.
II. Technological Process
1. Schematic diagram of technological process:
Aluminum Ingot or aluminum Scrap→ Melting Furnace→ Holding Furnace→ Launder→ Casting Ladle →Continuous Casting Machine →Scrolling Shearer→ Continuous Rolling Machine →Dual-spools coiler→ Finished Rod
2. Molten aluminum from the melting furnace and holding furnace flows to the wheel-type continuous casting machine through launder, and it is made into trapezium ingot with a cross section of ***0mm2. Then, aluminum ingot is cut off by scrolling shear while the top ingot is pressing into smaller size to feeding into the continuous rolling machine. At last, the finished rods are winded as coils by dual-spools winding machine.

IV. Performance and Features of equipment
1. By adopting two***8tons holding furnace, easy for evenly refining and casting flowrate control.
2. Type “M” crystallizing wheel, cooled each side to guarantee casting ingot be crystallized compact and uniform. Innerã€outer and side cooling ring can rotate out from the crystallizing wheel, easy to adjust and maintain for cooling water. All nozzles, inner or outer cooling rings are adopting stainless materials, each of which is equipped with pressure indicator and flow rate adjusting valve.
3. The pneumatic system is used for tightening steel belt, easy for adjusting. To clear off the moisture on the surface of the steel belt, we adopt the blower and wiper. Steel belt doesn’t cross interfere with guide bridge, easy to extract the high-strengthã€high-hardness alloy ingot, casting bar can be sent to rolling mill immediately without angle torsion. Also installation and dismount of the steel belt and scrap aluminum in the hole can be cleared easily.
4. Adopting the common used horizontal casting method can not affect the quality of products causing by turbulent flow of aluminum fluids.
5. Allocating haul-off scrolling shear, lighten labor intensity and fully meet the requirement of process craft performance.
6. The continuous rolling machine has a function of automatic feeding and rods stacking stop. With *-high roller rolling craft and pass schedule of “circle-spherical triangle-circle”, greatly enhance its mechanical performance. The rolling emulsion and oil pipe lubrication forms a closed system with pressure indicating function for cooler, filter and head pipe.
7. The rod is coiled by means of centrifugal laying head, which makes aluminum rod is preformed before entering the take-up basket, on the other hand, if rod breaks in rolling process, the end of the rod can automatically move to wire accumulating device in take-up basket, being prevent from rod disordered during in bobbin change.
8. The electric control system is in type of Siemens DC motor fully digital speed adjusting and Schneider AC frequency conversion speed adjusting control. Man-machine interface touch screen by the mode of serial interface communication change bi-direction data with PLC, through the control of PLC to realize monitor and control to the system. Casting machineã€rolling mill and speed of looping coiler can adjusted alone by potentiometer in operating floor or control housing. The system can display temperatures in cast bar, first rolling, final rolling, emulsion and oil. Also it also monitors and alarms the running state and breakdown of speed adjusting device for each main machine and auxiliary part.
