We are manufacturer for aluminum ingots from scrap and can provide up to your demand.Primary Pure Aluminum Ingot(A7) origin of Ukraine/Russia with *9.7% purity size length **0mm, width **0mm, thickness *0mm, weight of one ingot *0 kg max, weight of one package up to ***0kg max, ***** ingots in each package *3 in 9 layers tied up with steel straps. We adopt the latest processing and casting technology of the aluminum alloy industry, as well as the most advanced machinery from overseas. As a professional smelting plant, our procurement personnel are very knowledgeable and well-trained in selecting raw material. All incoming raw material are segregated and inventory is essential in order for our smelting personnel to calculate the most efficient material formula for alloy ingot production. The plant has setup as modern Aluminum alloy ingot manufacture capacity to produce ***0MT per annum. It consists of two fuel efficient oil fired furnaces, complete with the required accessories, to produce high grade and uniform ingots of consistent quality to meet the rigorous standards set by the customer. The process includes extensive procedures for degassing and modification of the Alloy to ensure the best yield on further processing. State of the art facilities, including a dust control unit, have been installed for meeting the stringent environmental control standards in Malaysia. The unit is equipped with the state of art spectrometer to monitor the raw material, quality, the composition of the molten metal in the furnace and quality of the final alloy ingots. Facilities installed to check the metallurgy of the ingots, to ensure that the customer gets the best for value paid.
