    As a newly welding technology, Friction Stir Welding has been widely approbated and rapidly used in industry fields for its steady and excellent joint performance and its robotization welding characteristic. Beijing FSW Technology Company., Ltd is the first enterprise engaging FSW technology research and relevant product manufacture in China. We independently developed the first Chinese FSW equipment in ***5 used for welding wide-scale Al-alloy panel and rapidly reduced its making cost of ship-building field.

    As the leading enterprise in FSW filed, we not only have professional research and machining teams, but also wide-scale Al-alloy rib panel lines which can ensure the percent of pass to **0%. The largest scale of Al-alloy rib panel which we can produce is *8 meters long and 5.8 meters wide. 

    We have totally provided more than 1,**0 tons and welded more than **8 kilo-meters panel product for civil and army use within these years.In order to satisfy the need in ship-build market and provide product with excellent quality and good deliver time, we established three product lines which can provide more than 2,**0 tons panel product per year, also we passed the qualification of China Classification Society in ***2.
