The basin holding furnace has a capacity from kg **0 to Kg. 1.**0 and it is foreseen for an use up to a pressure of 2 bar. Option a) Heating system *- *NEW system by Borli's research center* The furnace is heated with three silicon carbide heating elements (*0 KW maximum power) with specialprotection tubes. The furnace is provided with three thermocouples to control the temperature of the molten alloy, of heating elements and of the furnace xxxxx one can be easily replaced. A thermoregulator guaranteeing an accurate control of the bath temperature manages the feeding system. Option b) Heating System The furnace heating is carried out by *7 armoured resistances placed on the furnace lid for a total electrical power of *0 kW about. The resistance position allows replacing them very quickly when necessary, in fact it is sufficient to have a spare cover to restart the production in some hours. The furnace is equipped with thermocouples for the melted bath and resistances temperature control, which are easy to replace from outside.
