Our aluminum
expanded metal is a very versatile product made from a high-quality
sheet of aluminum that is uniformly slit and stretched, forming
openings in the sheet that allow for the passage of light, air,
heat and sound. The strands and bonds of the bindings add strength
and rigidity plus resist unraveling. To meet our customers' job
specifications, we custom fabricate aluminum expanded metal in
standard and flattened heavy duty and light duty metal mesh types
and in a variety of patterns, designs and sizes.
When compared to
carbon expanded metal and stainless steel expanded metal, aluminum
expanded metal proves to have the highest level of workability and
has good corrosion resistance.
