Brief Introduction of bubble wrap machine

Air bubble film is widely used in our life
Air bubble film is also called air bubble sheet ,air cushion film, poly-cell sheet or plastic poly-cell. It's widely used as anti-shock material for the package of electronic appliance, industrial products, craftwork and so on. It can also be used for thermal insulation or temperature keeping applications in agriculture, aquaculture, automobile decoration and so on. Moreover, if the raw material is mixed with additives in the extruder, static-free, conductive or environmental-friendly air bubble film can be made.

Double-screw extruder for Extruder part â…
With double-screw extruder, you can control the 2 layers separately, one screw controls the bubble layer, and the other controls the plane layer, so that the advantages are:

1.with the same amount of raw material, you can make the bubble layer thicker, and the plane layer thinner, so the products quality is much better with same cost;

2.also you can use less raw material to produce more film when make the plane layer thinner;

3.when you use recycle material, you can add more to extrude the plane layer and less on the bubble layer, so the products are still good but the cost reduces.

Platform (gantry) design
For the **3 meters machine, it needs the platform design. The advanced design has obvious superiority:

The products will be more stable: especially for the **3 meters machine, due to the screw is too long and heavy, without the platforms support, the die-lip will be uneven over time, it leads the bubble film uneven too. But use platform can prevent this condition happening.
High-speed and lower energy consumption: using frequency control to get higher precision of speed adjustment.
Save space: the standard 3 layers machine at least needs space *1 meters length, but platform one just needs 7 meters.
