Return standard
1. It is acceptable to return the product without any reason within
7 days after the receipt without affecting the secondary sales. The
return freight of the product does not need to be borne by the
user. Please consult the customer service for details.
2. For product quality problems within *5 days after signing, you
can identify the product quality problems through Midea maintenance
outlets or contact online customer service, and contact online
customer service for return and replacement.
3. The merchant does not support the exchange between different
categories or different models. The exchange only supports the
products of the same model.

Return prompt
1. If you need to return or exchange goods, please contact the
merchant's customer service to apply for return or exchange, and
return the goods after confirmation by the customer service; In
case of non contact and self return, the package with incomplete
return and replacement information and unable to confirm the
customer's information, or the package delivered to the supplier
for payment, the merchant shall reject it or handle it without
owner, and the losses caused shall be borne by the returning
party.

or replace the products. If there is no packing case, the customers
need to bear the packing case cost by themselves.
3. For all returns and replacements, the integrity of product
