We are most professional manufacturer of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) plants for more than *2 years, and we can supply complete set of autoclaved aerated concrete plant with ****0, *****0, *****0, *****0, *****0, *****0, *****0m3 capacity annualy (from **0 m3 to ***0 m3 per day), including plant design, equipments installation, technical instruction, personal training, etc., and also can design and manufacture as per clients' requirement.

Raw material: Cement, Lime, Sand, Gypsum, Aluminium powder, Water.

Equipment list:

The equipment will be divided into two parts: specialized equipment and universal equipment.

Specialized equipment includes:

1. Cutting equipment: tilting crane, cutter.

2. Matching equipment: electronic measuring scale, slurry beating machine, slurry storage tank, slurry mixer.

3. Pouring and autoclave equipment: aluminum powder mixer. Pouring mixer, mould, side plate, autoclave car, carrier car.

4. Conveying equipment: semi-product crane, end product crane.

Universal equipment includes:

1. Pressure vessel equipment: boiler, autoclave.

2. Crushing equipment: ball miller, crusher.

3. Transportation equipment: crane, forklift, feeder, belt conveyor, slurry pump, screw conveyor.

4. Enviornment protect equipment: dust remover.

Introduction of AAC production line

including plant design, equipments installation, technical instruction, personal training, etc., and also can design and manufacture as per clients' requirement.

1. Storing and supplying of raw materials of AAC blocks:
All raw materials are carried into factory by trucks, such as Fly ash, sand, lime and cement and so on are gathered in specified raw materials field waiting for use. Sack of cement and bulk cements are stored in cement warehouse. Chemicals and aluminium powder are separately kept in chemical bin. When used, these raw materials are carried into workshop respectively.
2. Processing of raw materials:
Fly ash, sand, lime and cement are sent into ball mills by vibration feeders and screw conveyor. Then fine powders of fly ash, sand, lime and cement are pumped into slurry tank.
Quick lime is sent by vibrating feeder and screw conveyor into jaw crusher to smash. Smashed lime is sent into lime silo by bucket elevator and then is transported into ball mill by screw conveyor. Fined materials are sent into proportion bin by screw conveyor and bucket elevator.
3. Aerated block ingredients, pouring and casting
Fly ash (or sand or stone powder) and waste slurry are measured in measuring tank. After the measuring and mould in their place, slurry stirring begins. Slurry temperature should reach about *0°c.
