Description:

Our Instant dry yeast with high fermentation power, fast acting. It is popular in UAE ,Africa ,South america market, such as Tanzania,Mozambique, Yemen, Palestine, Dubai,Peru,Chile and so on

Application: The baking dry yeast is used for fermenting all kinds of paste, such as bread, pastry, and cakes, etc.
Ingredients: Natural yeast, Emulsifier, sorbitan monostearate(E**1), ascorbic acid (E**0)
How to use:

1. Mixing the yeast into flour, add water, and stir well. Or knead with the paste as dough for fermenting.

2. Control the water temperature and the fermenting temperature at *5~*8℃.

3. Avoid directly adding the yeast into oil or cold water.
 

Ingredients: Natural Yeast, Sorbitan monostearate(E **1), Vitamin B

Application: Suitable for dough with the sugar contents ranging from **7%.

Dosage: 0.**1.2% of the flour

Usage: Dissolve in water and mix with flour and other ingredients well-proportioned, and then add in water and stir.

Note: Avoid directly mixing the yeast with oil, salt, and ice; add oil only after all the other ingredients added and mixed even. Adjust the dough's temperature between ****8 â„ƒ.

Storage/Shelf life: Store in dry and cool places for two years.
