ACS***0M is multifunctional conference system, with the function of
discussion, camera tracking and voting. Adding new conference modes
of PPT, APPLY, LIMIT. It is able to make delegate unit to VIP by
software, ACS***0TCM with the function of table card, give more
selection.
We produce ACS***0M and ACS***0TCM conference system in accord with
international standard. The appearance is stable and stylish, the
microphone core and stem both are anti interference of mobile phone
signal, the sound is fidelity, the distance from microphone to
mouth is longer.
1) It is able to make voting, comment and selection by
administration software, and chairman unit can initiate a vote
without PC.
2) Support key-press sign in, it can use IC card to sign in by
choosing model with IC card slot.
3) Support short message function, it is able to send short message
to all microphones or some microphones by software.
4) Built-in 4x2 video matrix, it is able to connect 4 cameras, when
connect 2 or more cameras, it is able to put video signal (target
to speaker) and conference scene signal out at the same time, which
can connect with video conferencing system closely.
5) Support external connect to HDMI switcher, can connect totally 4
HD cameras to realize video tracking function.ÂÂ
6) No need to connect central control system ( no need to use HDMI
switcher if just use 1 HD camera).
7) It is able to control microphone on/off by control system. (
software is also OK)
8) Innovative remote controller, in place of control keypad and
control software, which can control the camera at any time, setup
microphone ID address, adjust and save preset position of the
microphone, if the position depart from the camera, remote
controller can adjust it soon.
9) As for the camera auto-tracking function, it is able to lock it
by pressing key in the remote controller, and unlock it by pressing
key.
*0) Limit function: limit the quantity of delegate units that turn
on microphone and enter application(**6).ÂÂ
*1) Many conference modes: FREE(can speaking freely), PPT(press to
talk), FIFO(first-in-first-out), LIMIT(automatic proceed limitation
mode), APPLY(application mode performed by the chairman).
*2) Can set delegate unit as a VIP unit by management software.
*3) Microphones with **0**4 LCD or **8**4 OLED.
*4) It is able to show the name on the microphone LCD by software,
it is convenient for people to find the seat who attend this

*5) It is able to limit the time to speak, show left time in the
LCD of the microphone, give warning to the people who is
speaking.
*6) Microphone core and stem are both anti interference of phone
signal.
*7) There are double color light of speak and microphone
stem. It is red when turn on, greed when applying.
*8) Normal pick up distance of microphone is **0mm, it can reach
**0mm if used with peripheral equipment.
*9) ACS***0TCM with the table card function, it is able to
administrate table cards by software, and also use IC card to
displaying information in the table card.
Central Unit ACS***0M/ACS***0TCM
1) Supply power to conference microphones, ACS***0M can support *0
microphones without built-in loudspeaker or *0 microphones with
built-in loudspeaker. ACS***0TCM can support *6 microphones with
loudspeaker and table card, totally can support more than **0
microphones if add extend main units. Power can be supplied
individually by power adapter to table card type
microphone.ÂÂ
2) Support external connect to HDMI switcher, can connect totally 4
HD cameras to realize video tracking function.ÂÂ
3) No need to connect central control system ( no need to use HDMI
switcher if just use 1 HD camera)
4) With RS**2 connector, support controller protocol
control.ÂÂ
5) With ETH connector, connect to administration PC.
6) Panel with **2**4 LCD and digital , show current
status.
7) Limit function: limit the quantity of delegate units that turn
on microphone and enter application(**6).ÂÂ
8) Many conference modes:ÂÂ
A. FREE: Turn on/off microphone freely.ÂÂ
B. PPT: Turn on microphone by pressing key, turn off it when
loosing the key.
C. FIFO: When the quantity of turned on microphones exceed the
total, the microphone turned on last will make the microphone
turned on first off, to make sure the quantity of turned on can not
exceed the total.ÂÂ
D. LIMIT: When the quantity of turned on microphone is up to the
total, if turn on new delegate units, it will enter queue
application(**6 can enter application status at the same time),
microphone that make application  first will turn on
(automatic proceed according to queue order,not control by
chairman) if others turned off.ÂÂ
E. APPLY: All turned on microphones enter application status (**6
can enter application status at the same time). It can turn on
after chairman agree.
9) Set delegate unit as VIP unit(max 6 units), key indicator will
show yellow and there is prompt in screen. VIP units can open
freely, infinitize to speaker quantity.
*0) With RF signal receive antenna, receive distance is up to *0
meters.ÂÂ
*1) The volume of the microphone is adjustable.ÂÂ
*2) External audio source can by MIC or Stereo AUX, output to
microphones’ speaker and main outputs.ÂÂ
Delegate unit
1) The design is accord with ergonomics, it is stable and
stylish.
2) It is able to make voting, comment and selection by
administration software, and chairman unit can initiate a vote
without PC, LCD can show the result.
3) Support key-press sign in, it can use IC card to sign in by
choosing model with IC card slot.
4) Support short message function, it is able to send short message

anti interference of phone signal.
7) Talk key and microphone stem with ring of light, it is red when
turning on, green when it make application, flashing green when
many people make application.

9) It is able to show the name on the microphone LCD by software,
it is convenient for people to find the seat who attend this
meeting.

*1) Setup microphone ID freely, it is convenient to add microphone
at any time.
*2) Camera auto-tracking function:
A. The camera always track the last speaker when turning on the
microphone, when turning off the microphone which turning on
finally it can track the previous speaker, when turning all the
microphones, it can track the conference scene.
B. When the preset seats deviate from speaker, it is able to adjust
by the remote controller.
C. It is able to lock/unlock the camera by one key.
*3) Control system can turn on/off microphones (software also).
*4) Chairman unit press priority key, delegate units will be turned
off or mute. (it can setup by central unit).
*5) Standard microphone stem length is **5mm, **0mm and **0mm are
optional.
*6) With earphone jack, volume is adjustable, be able to listen by
earphone and also output audio signal to personal recording devices
by earphone jack.
*7) Microphone built-in speaker is optional (4 ohm/2w), volume is
adjustable, do not need to use external public address devices for
small conference room. When insert earphone or turn on microphone,
it automatically mute to avoid acoustic feedback.
*8) Central Unit supplies power for microphones, voltage *0V
DC which is in safe range;
*9) Special "T" type hand in hand daisy chain, simple
installation
*0) With table card:
A. LED highlight red color(adjustable brightness), pixel is *4**6,
show area is **2mm**1mm, show 1*4 characters, or 2*8 English
letters.
B. To scroll up and down around the turn.
C. It is able to administrate table cards by software, and also use
IC card to displaying information in the table card.
Chairman unit
1) It is able to turn on/off at any conference mode.
2) Priority key: it is able to turn off or mute all delegate units,
central units set conference mode, when choosing "turn off all"
mode, it is able to turn off all delegate units, system do not
remember the previous status; when choosing "all mute" mode, it is
able to turn off microphone temporary by pressing key, and turn on
delegate units when loosing the key.ÂÂ
3) Can turn off all delegate units which have been turn on before
except the ones in application situation, effectively control the
conference order.
4) Under apply mode: chairman unit has the status indicator which
will prompt one or several delegates applying to speaking. Chairman
can control the applying delegate by 3 control keys.
5) It is able to initiate a vote without PC, show result in the
LCD.ÂÂ
6) It is able to put in any place among the delegate units.
