Chrome steel ball also call Gcr*5, **0Cr6, AISI****0 steel
ball.
1).Size: 5/8"*6"(Customized according to clients' requirement )
2).Hardness: G**-G**0
3).Feature: Good wearing, excellent surface quality and high
hardness. Â
4).Application: Bearing, ball screw, linear motion guide,
automotive parts, chemical, food processing, ink and paint
grinding, caster wheel, slide rail bicycle and car.
packing
1.Firstly we pack the balls in cartons.
One type inside has two cartons.
For each carton, length: *2cm width:*7cm Â
height:*0cm
Another type inside has four cartons:
For each carton, length: *5cm width:*2cm Â
height:*0cm
2.Then, we pack our balls using wooden pallet in our export
business :
1).Put the plastic paper in the pallet(waterproof).
The size of wooden pallet: **0mmm **0mm **0mm
2).Put the ball carton into the pallet ,and fix the pallet.
3).Hooping the pallet tightly using the steel rods
About the outside carton:
For each carton,  length: *7cmÂ
width:*5cm  height:*1cm
Generally, if you don't want packing with our company's logo and
name, we offer neutral packing.
STRICT PRODUCTION PROCESS
A. Raw material*-Wire drawing*-Cold heading*-Flashing*-Heat
treatment*-Grinding*-Lapping
**-Lapping**-Lapping**-Washing*-Checking.
All balls must be passed the procedure of passivity. Each procedure
have professional inspector. They will check steel balls each two
hours to insure the correction diameter and good surface of SAIGE
steel ball.
B. Our high precision bearing steel balls is G*0. (Diameter
variation is in 0.*5um)
Following is our inspection standard of G*0 steel balls:
1. Each size of chrome steel balls have their own standard balls
which are imported from Japan.
2. These standard balls were stocked into antitrust oil at the
temperature *0° C.
3. Our size measurement instrument's precision is up to 0.1um. Also
import from Japan.
4. We will check the diameter, hardness, surface, deviation from
spherical, vibration value and so on.
