| The combination of full dialysis under glazed technology and
advanced ink-jet printing technology makes patterns float in the
middle glaze layer. Then, covering with high transparent
ice-crystal glaze layer outputs tiles with bright and clean surface
and rich colorful, natural, vivid patterns. |
After ***0ºC calcination, staying warm continuously enhances
the fusion of the body and glaze layer and prevents internal
micro-crack arising by cooling down quickly, effectively guarantee
high degree of anti-fouling and wear-resistant, strong glaze layer
density. |
Bottom glaze layer fully integrates with the body. Middle
printing glaze layer presents most vivid patterns. The top layer,
filled with ice crystal, is soft bright and crystal clean after
being polished. Adopting optimized glaze formula and three glaze
layers fusing together show good stereoscopic effects and better
transmittance. |
