Packaging&Delivery:

Packaging Detail: in containers for international shipment. all steel parts(sprayed with antirust finish) of melting furnace will be shipped unpacked. All refractory material and castables will be wrapped with plastic film and fixed on the bracket. Billets casting equipment, which control cabinet, etc will be packed in plywood cases fixed on bracket. All the Chinese fir batten for the bracket will be fumigated and marked as standard. The package is suitable for domestic transportation and ocean transportation.
Delivery Detail: about 3 month.

General description:
There are two kinds of melting furnaces: stationary melting furnace and tilting melting furnace. And we can design and manufacture round/rectangular melting furnace to provide aluminium liquid for demicontinuous hydraulic casting machine/casting rolling machine according to custom’s requirements.
And it also can smelt aluminium ingots and aluminium scraps in the melting furnace and add alloying elements on the basis of analysis of chemical composition.

Working procedures:
Charge aluminium ingots and aluminium scraps as following:
step1. Open the furnace door.
step2. Fill the trough of charging machine full of aluminium ingots and aluminium scraps with bridge crane/forklift.
step3. Transport the trough into furnace via large cylinder.
step4. Push aluminium ingots and scraps which are in the trough into furnace via thrust unit. 
step5. Close the furnace door.

Advantage:
Aluminium materials are controlled by automatic PLC system and melted by regenerative burner/hot air burner. greater than 6T/H melting rate and less than 1% metal ignition loss can be ensured by reasonable design of furnace chamber and perfect combustion of burner system. Then melting furnace make the converter tilt enough to tilting type holding furnace, aluminium liquid flows reposefully down into demicontinuous hydraulic casting machine.
