1¼‰Gas mixing device adopt the electrically controlled gas mixer,and equipped with correctly Valve timing and reasonable ignition advance angle,which is benefit for gas burning adequately.
2¼‰Reasonable air intake system make the gas and the air mixed more balance, adequately burning, improve the utilization of the gas.there are install explosion door  on the both ends of the gas intake-tube which can improve the safety.
3¼‰Intake-tube has been designed specially,which can reduce the condensation of the tar.It has good maintainability, high security.
4)The Reasonable CAM line designing, select  reasonable Inlet€outlet timing¼Œmake the opening time and Overlap Angle of the inlet and exhaust valve are in a reasonable range.This can not only reduce the risk of tempering of the intake-tube,but also guarantee scavenge air to some extent,which is good for bring down the gas exhaust temp.
5)Exhaust pipe adopt water-cooled structure to decrease the temp around the generator.
6)Adopted the US ALTRONIC ignition system, obtained higher ignition energy and accurate ignition time,to insure the ignition safety and reliability ,and meet the ignition requirement that biomass needs.
**0Series biomass generator main advantages:
1)Large power.The power of the gen-set reached **0kW,which is twice as the largest power in the domestic market . It can satisfy the demand of the complete sets of large-scale power station.
2)High reliability.The prototype of the gen-set is the ***0 medium speed diesel generator with mature technology.(The max power ***3kW/**0rpm),because the power of the gas engine is lower and the corresponding mechanical load lower than the index of the diesel engine,the reliability is more high.
