FDM POLYCOMBO Products or Filaments are made up of professional composite materials for 3D Printing Systems with high properties,which are manufactured by Beijing Pile Tech Incorporation (China) and distributed to overseas market by Shenyang Apprecall International Trading Co., Ltd.(China).
FDM PolyCombo is the first material in this PolyCombo family , complementing the current portfolio of materials that be respectively  named as PolyCombo Pro, PolyMagic and PolyMagic Pro. Comparing with these popular materials in market  such as PLA, ABS or its derivatives modified offerings, POLYCOMBO SERIES has higher practicability, more wider range of application and much better comprehensive properties. Featured as high temperature resistance, high fatigue resistance and strong chemical resistance, FDM POLYCOMBO SERIES are widely used in fields of industrial engineering application, automotive and its repacking, civilian products and physical protective products, etc.

In general, sorted the material as civilian-grade, we just want to emphasize its Cost Performance, and the production-grade, i.e. the Pro Series, its Properties. Pro Series possesses higher or stronger properties than civilian-grade, which would be granting you a free option just depending on your actual demand. As for the thermal deformation material, i.e. the PolyMagic, we also call it as 3D+, or 3D plus, as we hope that it would be able to extremely and visually manifest the unparalleled property of the material in the process of remodeling afterwards, that means you are allowed to remodel your works according to your will or actual demand after it is finished its print by any 3D production system. This process can be briefly described as below:  the 3D works will gradually become softened while it is immersed into *0ƒhot water or be heated by heat gun, then you can remould it , when the temperature drops to *0ƒ, it begins remodeling, until to the normal temperature, it is fixed down to a new works. You can take this process repeatedly without worry about apparently decline of the materials strength or its fatigue resistance.
Properties Description

  • High temperature resistance
Under the condition of normal pressure, PolyCombo products can withstand **4Æ’high temperature without deformation, its Heat Distortion Temperature(HDT) reaches up to **0Æ’, and this index will be **0Æ’to PolyCombo Pro. Especially it will not be broken or deformed in the low temperature environment of **0Æ’.
  • Climatic Tolerance
PolyCombo has excellent antioxidant and antidegradation capacity, which ensures that its performance is not affected by environmental factors, and therefore its well suitable for making outdoor products. On the other hands, the water absorption of the materials end-products is very low(lower than Nylon products), which ensures that the products could maintain its property and not be broken or decomposed, and therefore its suitable for making water container.  
  • Chemical Resistance 
PolyCombo can resist the corrosion of most solvents in market such as acetone based paint, alcohol solvents, and in weak acid environment.
  • Surface finishes
Through special treatment to the material itself, the end-product emerges pitted-shape surface, which looks like laser sintering products. The smooth and fine-looking surface is for sure to take an advantage for its post processing if necessary.
  • High Strength
With properties of High Strength, high abrasive resistance, nice skin-touch feeling and anti-impact force, it is well fit for making stressed member.
  • Compatibility
No special model needed to 3D printers.
