TheOS-R**0/R**4/R**8/R**2 are fully automatic UV cosmetic tube,
small glass container, plastic jar and air/oilÂ
filter screen printing machine that offersincreased productivity

The OS-R**0/R**4/R**8/R**2are driven by a SANKYO rotary positioning
drivesystem that provides accurate colorÂ
to color printregistrationand features a MOTOVARIO main drive motor
with a barrel cam.The UV screen printingÂ
inks are automatically cured with highpowered UV lamps positioned
after each printing station. After loading ofÂ
the flexible or rigid tubes there is a pre-flame treatingstation
and de-ionizing/cleaning station (optional) toÂ
ensure quality printing results with fewer defects.Â
The OS-R**0/R**4/R**8/R**2system is equipped with Heraeus Fusion or
ALPHA-CURE brandUV curing unitsÂ
(optional)which are outfitted with high intensity mercury UV
bulbs.
