2.Usage

Mainly used in melting steel, iron, copper, aluminum and alloy, is with high melting efficiency, good electricity saving effect, good metal component uniformity, less burning loss, speedy temperature rise, easy control of temperature, is suitable to all kinds of metal melting.

3.Advandages

4. Steel Furnace Structure

4.1 Furnace shell

Furnace body structure composed of furnace fixed mount and furnace body, furnace fixed mount and furnace body takes globality frame structure. Furnace body tilting is controlled by hydraulic system, accomplished by 2 hydraulic cylinders jacking up set besides furnace body, and furnace body reset is accomplished by pressure from furnace body weight.

4.2 Induction Coil

Coil is heart of induction furnace, Our coil designed according to induction furnace practical service condition, on the basis of electromagnetic field principle, confirmed by dedicated computer software. The tolerance of induction coil practical operate power and design power is no larger than 5%, Coil internal wall is sprayed with imported high temperature resistant insulating materials, and installed furnace leakage alarm system, can protect from bosh breaking out.

4.3 Crucible module

Crucible-mode formed by 3mm iron plate bending punch and welded to, is used for lining module, Crucible-mode processed by a thin iron plate or welded to be used when the crucible

4.4 Magnet Yoke

Set profiling magnet yoke inside of furnace body, the magnet yoke shield reduces magnetic flux leakage, stops furnace body heating, improves efficiency. Meanwhile, magnet yoke support and fix induction inductorium, makes furnace body high strength and low noise, and so on.

4.5 Tilting Furnace System

Tilting furnace uses two DG hydraulic cylinders, the inlet of hydraulic cylinder directly connect the speed limit shut-off valve，to prevent accidents  because of pipe rupture according to furnace body fell sharply. Tilting furnace is controlled by manual control reversing valve, the operation is simple and convenient.

4.6 Water-cooled Cables

Water-cooled cables made of high quality material T2 multi-strand copper wire，outside is a high- strength fire-resistant rubber tube，connector cold forming，good contact and tensile strength

 

5. Medium Frequency KGPS Power Supply

5.1 Advandages.

Reduce reactive power on distribution lines conveying , so it can reduce energy loss on the distribution lines.
