2PLF type teeth-roller crusher Working principle 2PLF type teeth-roller crusher is driven by electromotor(s) through reducer, toothed-rollers rotate in opposite directions, after dropping from the inlet to crushing chamber, materials first are classified by the two rollers, those which is accepted would pass through the two rollers to the discharging trough, those agglomerate material would be crushed, cut, stretched before passing to the discharging trough. Structure and features 2PLF type teeth-roller crusher is composed of electromotor, torque converter, connecting cover, reducer(s), toothed rollers, and the main body. （1）Torque converter It is connecting the electromotor and reducer, buffering the strike and vibration generated when starting, as well as over load protection. （2）Connecting cover It unites the electromotor and the reducer homocentrically , bearing weight of the motor, protecting the torque converter; Additionally, through the monitoring hole on the cover, working condition of the torque converter could be monitored. （3）Teeth rollers They are the key parts of crusher, spiral arrangement of teeth. The teeth holders are assembled with the principal axis in dove-tail slots firmly, which strengthen the cutting ***** The two rollers discharge small size material, and crush the agglomerate ones.
