A.Please examine the master box first to see if there is damage or
holes so we can claim to related agency if this situation
occurs.
B.Please kindly take pictures and send back to us whether the
master box was broken,glass shell are broken, the pillar or
lamptick are broken,or just bulb faliure.
If confirmed, we will REFUND to you accordingly or give you A
SPECIAL DISCOUNT on the next order.
