PRICE :            FOB Mxico Lzaro Crdenas - USD *1.5 per MT

3. PAYMENT: : By Irrevocable Revolving Documentary letter of credit (RDLC) or DLC Transferable or NON Transferable, paid **0% at sight, issued by top prime bank.

4. SHIPMENTS : Shipment of *0 to **0.**0 Mt (+ / - 5%, seller's option) per Vessel.

5. DELIVERY :First shipment within *0 to *5 days after the date of an acceptable LC being activated. Subsequent shipment as per Buyer & Seller agreement.

6. LOADING PORT:      Lzaro Crdenas - Mexicol
LOGISTICS :Our supplier has full capability of displacing the product (Iron-Ore / Sinter Feed) from the extraction site to the loading port

9. VISIT:                       Only after signing Draft Contract.

*1. CONTRACT TERMS : Twelve (*2) months with possible roll-overs and extensions.

PROCEDURES

1.Buyer issues LOI or ICPO with full banking coordinates and permission for Soft probe.
2.Seller issues the FCO
3.Buyer signs, seals and returns the FCO.
4.Seller issues Draft Contract.
5.Buyer signs Draft Contract and sends it back to the Seller.
6. Seller issues final Contract to the Buyer .
7.Buyer's bank issues and sends by swift the non-operative LC **0% at sight to the Seller's bank within *8 hours.
8.Seller posts Performance Bond (PB) for the value of 2,0% and LC becomes operative.
9.Shipment begins. Buyer can made a physical inspection together with SGS at the time of loading of product.
