Disk terminal control PP winding machine :

Use magnetic disk as the media to control the tension and speed of the winding, it is an old and the most classic PP winding machine.

AC drive control PP winding machine:

Use AC drive (frequency converter), can change the winding speed by a spin .
Feature:easy operation, power saving, variable speed

Auto control PP winding machine with stepping motor:

Use AC drive (frequency converter) and Stepping motor, can change the winding speed by a spin and change the pattern by entering the gear rate number in to the control panel
Feature: no need to change the gears and belts manually to change the micro and pattern. Only use 4 gears and 3 belts in total and can apply to all the pattern you need.

Same as option 3, but instead of the stepping motor, we use servo motor instead.
