*Selling procedure:*

*1.* The buyer fills in the *KYC* form of *Malca Amit* as a private
individual or company + provides *POF*
*2.* For control purposes, our company will hand in all documents
to Malca Amit.
*3.* After the control, we receive *proforma invoice* for the buyer
for the payment of the inspection in Genve.
*4.* After the payment the diamond will be delivered to the Malca
Amit office in Genve/Dubai/HongKong. Here, the buyer and his
gemologist can inspect the stone.
*5.* After the buyer inspects the stone and everything is in
accordance with the GIA certificate an *invoice* will be made for
the total payment.
*6.* The stone remains at the Genve/Dubai/HongKong  Malca Amit
office, reserved for the buyer. A period of one week is given for
the payment.
*7.* When the payment is made, the diamond will be handed over to
the buyer.
