DA Analog module: The MSR set in touch screen,
Through PLC processing, DA module output the corresponding voltage
value to the servo controller, to achieve accurate torque
control.
PLC: All the and output of the machine
are digitized by the programmable controller. CPU has a strong
capacity program memory, high-speed operation instructions, which
can ensure the rapid response to the extrusion process. At the same
time, it also accepts the operation procedures of various extrusion
modes.
Driving
controller:Â The latest generation of drive and
control system has the characteristics of high performance and
strong function. Its
corresponding servo motor adopts high resolution control, speed
response to achieve high speed, so it can carry out higher speed
and higher precision control. Also has the motor overheating,
overload, overspeed, motor blocking, motor over current protection
