Product introduction
* The transformer core is made of imported high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which greatly reduces no-load loss and no-load current. The core is tightly bound to ensure the compactness and reduce noise.
* The high and low voltage windings are made of oxygen-free copper. The low voltage winding of **0KVA and below is of double-layer cylinder structure, of **0kVA and above adopt double helix or four helix structure. High-voltage winding adopts multi-layer cylinder structure.
* Dyn*1 is used in the transformer connection group to reduce the influence of harmonics on the power grid and improve the quality of power supply.
* The transformer is a fully sealed structure, with three coats of primer and one coat of finish paint applied on the inner and outer surfaces. The product is salt fog proof, moisture proof and fungus-proofing, beautiful, durable and reliable
* The measured noise value is lower than the standard and maintenance free under normal operation.

Transformer Core

1.The core is made of high quality grain-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel of high magnetic conductivity, by using *5°five-step overlapping method to reduce the no-load loss and no-load current.
2. Simulation analysis method is applied for the core design, thus to precisely and effectively calculate the vibration frequency and scale.
3. Flexible connections are adopted between the core and coils, core and clamps. With these measures, transformer's noise level has been improved by ****5dB over the conventional products.
â€‹â€‹LV windings

1. For LV windings above **0 kVA capacity, superior foil conductors are adopted for winding manufacturing, thus to obtain better amper-turn balance and less transverse magnetic flux leakage, and finally to greatly improves transformer's anti-short circuit capability.
2. By reasonably designing the oil passage within the winding, winding's heat dispersion effect is greatly increased. Thus the reasonable design has decreased temperature rise and improved products' overload capability.
HV windings

1. HV windings are manufactured with superior wire conductors, insulated reinforced with fiber glass.
2. The HV windings are cast under vacuum and high pressure conditions in Germany HUBERS vacuum Cast Machine, resulting the best resin penetration and very low partial discharge( partial discharge for *1kV product could be lower than 5Pc).
3. Optimized structure is adopted for HV windings to improve transformer's electric field. Lighting impulse simulation calculation was adopted for winding model design, thus to substantially improve product's anti-lighting capability.
Installation of protection device
Transformers of all capacity specifications have been equipped with pressure relief valve;
Gas relay with alarm and tripping terminals is available on request.

Oil-temperature measurement device
All the transformers are equipped with tube holder for glass-stem thermometer that is set on the top of oil tank, and immersed in oil for about **0±*0mm;
***0~***0kVA transformer is equipped with outdoor signal thermometer;

Transformer oil tank
Transformer oil tank is composed of corrugated walls with powder painted surface and reinforced with film. Corrugated cooling fin not only has cooling function, but also has "breathing" function, the elasticity of corrugated cooling fin make it adapt to the change of oil volume due to change of temperature. So this hermetically sealed transformer does not have oil conservator, which decreases the height of transformer.
The transformer adopts vacuum oil-injection technology during encapsulation that thoroughly removes the moisture from transformer, and keeps the transformer oil from contacting the air. This technology also avoid insulation performance reduction or oil aging due to entering of oxygen or moisture, it improves operation reliability of transformer.
