electric hoist.

running type, fixed type often supporting the use with

1. Hoisting guide  Â
The hoisting motor with large *-
force is employed to comply with the frequent direct traveling
duringcourse of working discontinuously.CD wire rope electric hoist
is equipped with ZD style single speed motor.
2. Electrical equipment
The electrical mechanism consists of
electric control box. limiter, switch, connecting wire
etc.
According to the marked direction on the switch, press the
correctly and control the hoistthrough the on-and-off of the
relay in the control box. The operating voltage is ususlly
*6V.
3. Rope guide
Standard rope guide is made of Q**5b
steel.
4. Wire rope
Adopts high strength wire rope with
tensile strength of ***0 Mpa, with good safety performance and long
lifetime.
5. Reducer
The gear and axes are made of alloy
steel or qualified carbon-steel. All reducers adopt *-level bevel
gear.
proper heat treatment is conducted to ensure their reliability and
service life. Finally, the box-body and box-cover are made of
cast-iron. Both are well shake-reducing and sealed
tightly.
6. Roller
The roller is made of high-quality
seamless pipes and transmits power through spine. Its case is made
of welded steel plate. This is the core part of the hoist.
