Principle: peptone and yeast extract powder provides carbon and nitrogen sources and trace elements; glucose carbon source; potassium dihydrogen phosphate as a buffer; provide essential trace elements of magnesium sulfate; ammonium sulfate osmotic equilibrium can be maintained and conducive to the growth target bacteria

How to use:
1. Weight *9.5g of product, adding 1L of  distilled water or deionized water,stirring heated to boiling until complete dissolution, dispensing tube or flask, **1 ℃ sterilization for *5minutes.
2. Inoculated the treated sample to LG medium, according to the specific requirements of sterility testing, vaccination appropriate sample size, the number of pieces of medium and positive control, the medium was placed in *8 ℃ ~ *2 ℃ prescribed time training *3 ~ *5d.
3. Observe the results.
