Welcome to The CupStock The Cupstock is a LDPE coated Cupstock base Bleached/ Unbleached board providing tailor-made solution for Disposable hot & cold drinking cups, dry foods trays and dairy products. Cupstock Base Board is made of chemical SBS (Solid bleached Sulphate) pulp/ Hygiene unbleached pulp produced from primary fibers. It offers best in chemical, organoleptic, visual and microbiological purity. If you are looking for cupstock board that is strong, formable, source reductive, convertable, printable, and runnable then Cupstock Board will prove to be your reliable choice. These Base boards can be coated with a wide variety of barrier substances to provide effective protection against undesirable effects caused by light, oxygen, humidity, grease or heat. For food service purposes, major coating options are PE (polyethylene) and High Barrier polymers. PE (polyethylene) polymers make board liquid tight; provide humidity protection and good sealing properties. LDPE coating could be on one side or both sides of the board to divide into following two different products. 1. 1PE Cupstock: Mat finish polycoated on one side. 2. 2PE Cupstock: Inner side Mat finish polycoated for sealing & outer side gloss finish polycoated for better printing effects. Cupstock boards have also been developed in way that makes them idea for integrated applications. By simply using conventional lidding techniques, various lid materials can be heat sealed onto the packages.
