RFQ Details

Dear Sirs,
Our Company deals with import and wholesales of medical disposables in Poland.
We have been buying medical disposables from China for more than 10 years.

We look now for a reliable manufacturer/exporter of Woden Tongue Depressors(WTD):
Packaging: 100 pcs/box, 50 boxes=5000pcs/export carton.
Type/size:
-Non-sterile 150x18x1, 6mm
-Sterile (ETO), single packed-wrapped in a blank paper, 150x18x1, 6mm
-as above, 150x20x1, 6mm
We usually order 1 full 20-ft container:about 200 cartons of Sterile WTD plus
balance of non-sterile.
Please let us know your actual price level on FOB basis and delivery time.
All medical items imported to Poland must possess CE Certificate.
Please send a copy, as well as the name of your Authorized Representative in
European Union. Manufacturer's Declaration of Conformity is necessary too.
We always send our layout in Polish language of packagings: of box and of
carton. Please confirm that you would be able to print packagings according to
our layout.
Can you send photos of WTD, boxes and cartons?

Of course, please let us know by this opportunity also all your export programme.
