Dear Sirs,

We would like to introduce our organization - a leading Consulting company in the fields of Economic, Commercial, Environmental, Human Resources Development, Managements, Industrial, Feasibility Studies in Kuwait.

One of our potential clients wanted to establish ORDINARY PORTLAND CEMENT MANUFACTURING PLANT in Kuwait with as a Joint Venture Partner with a foreign company who can design, supply, construct an operate such plant in Kuwait.

Our client already got 10, 000 Sq. Mtr of Land ( and in future will arrange up to 30, 000 Sq. Mtr)

They already have required Licenses (Trade License, Industrial License)

They have Feasibility Study for the proposed Plant.

The Plant should produce "Ordinary Portland Cement" from Clinker. Production capacity of the proposed plant is 5 Million MT per year and it to be increased up to 8 Million MT / year.

There are only 2 Cement Factories in Kuwait at present, both of them only packing the cement. None of them produces cement from Raw material. Our proposed plant will be the first in Kuwait to manufacture cement from raw materials.

You will share the net profit with our client as per the joint venture agreement. There is very good prospect of such cement manufacturing plants in Kuwait.

As a consulting firm, we will not engage with operation of the plant, we will arrange joint venture agreement (between your company and our client)and we will only charge you our consulting fee which we will negotiate upon getting your positive response and knowing your interest.
