Thick material telekung (prayer clothing)

RFQ Details

I am from Malaysia, looking for manufacturers for telekung (prayer clothing). Below are the criteria wanted:

1. white
2. cotton material
3. thick (not transparent)
4. extra layer of cloth that covers the head until 6 inches after the shoulder
5. length of the lower part covering the leg is 5 feet

I would also like to know if it is possible to custom design the telekung according to my specification. If so, what is the requirement for that?
