I'm Liu Wei, the sales man for KP(King Power)wire, which is located at Chinese Northern coastal city Qin Huangdao, where many people also overseas tourists come for the vacation at summer season. This wire mill is a leading wire manufacturing plant: we use modern non-accumulate wire -drawing machine with water and air cooling system and pressure dies, which is a continuous drawing process to cast a large bright wire coil; electricity-heating annealing furnace to assure all wire strands' uniform tensile strength; fumeless acid wave pickle system to avoid acid fog pollution; ceramic immersion zinc bath contains no lead; inclined pad wiping with Palmetto Wipes and tube-water quenching for normal galvanized coatings; nitrogen gas wiping for heavy galvanized coatings and zinc-aluminum coatings wires.
