Dear Sirs,
We are a large trading company looking after the interest of our clients. We currently have a client who is looking for a long term contract with a supplier that can deliver quality and quantity plus the price we must have. We will need to see a copy of your contract. The item they seek at this time is Coal at 6, 300 kcal. To begin with, we will be looking for a test of 50, 000 m/t in a one time order. If the test passes, we will then sign a one year contract for 150, 000 m/t each month. As you can see, this is a large order and a great contract to have. We are willing to work with a 100% irrevocable LC. We also will require a performance bond to ensure that we can continue to fill the contract. If we can come to terms on price we will start this process immediately. I will come to see the mine site and make sure we are confident of the process. We are currently sending this out to as many contacts as we can find as time is of the essence. This will be done on a first come first serve basis. If you wish to make a contract with us, we hope to hear from you quickly.

This is for Coal 6300 kcal.

The target price is $80.00 USD per m/t FOB the nearest port to the mine.

We request a 2% commission on the sale per month from the seller.
