2) Selection of raw materials procurement hub-viz. plastic materials, packing materials, precision molds, needles & some other less selling variant of syringes like 1 ml, 10ml, 20 ml & 50 ml to complete the range.
3) Selection of equipment and machinery suitable for India at reasonable cost.
4) Professional realization of the project.
5) Training of our persons in your country on the same system so as to maximize high quality output without much wastage.
6) Comprehensive support for Quick completion of the project.
7) License to export up to 25% to third countries from India.

Our line of action :

1) Building up a business relationship.
2) Finalizing the source of machinery and order placement.
3) Build the facilities on the on the plot.
4) Import safety syringes from the partner as a complete product and supply the same to existing customers in India.
5) Manufacture some components of safety syringes in India and import the other vital components.
6) Arrange direct and indirect sales of these products in India.
7) Liaison with local government bodies for timely necessary approvals.
8) Preparing the blue print of comprehensive distribution & administrative network, including defining roles & evaluating suitability of individuals.
9) Exploring all the possibilities of factors that can offer value addition for better penetration into domestic & over sea market.
