Technical Parameters:
1) Semi automatic machine to open fill SOLID AND LIQUID seal a preformed pouch with liquid filling tank.
2) Pouch size upto 15\"W x 20\"H (381mm x 508mm)/ minimum 50mm x 50mm.
3) Production rate upto 05 - 10 pouches per min.
4) Liquid viscosity: Low - medium.
5) Filling nozzle: Various types of filling nozzle for drip prevention and filling of mixtures of small solid in products (cut nozzle, net nozzle, pipe nozzle.)
6) Suitable for complex film (multilayered laminated - PE/ALV/NYLO/PP)
7) Gas flush or Vaccum system.
8) Top seal: including cooling station to ensure seal integrity.

Available scope:
1) Liquid species: Soya sauce, milk, fruit juice, drink tomato saucesauce soup, Jam, Chilli sauce, bean sauce ready to eat products etc.

2) Powder species: milk powder, grape sugar.

3) Solid species: green bean, other vegetables.
