Dear Curb Consulting Ventures Representative, Thank you for your offer and detailed information. We appreciate your professionalism and the opportunity to collaborate. We would like to clarify our purchasing terms: 1. **No Advance Payment or SWIFT Instruments**: - For initial transactions, we do not operate with DLC, MT199, LC, RWA, or any other SWIFT-based instruments. 2. **CIF Procedure to Dubai**: - All purchases are conducted strictly under CIF terms to Dubai. 3. **Alternative Payment Arrangements**: - For the trial transaction, we propose issuing **Promissory Notes**, **Admin Hold**, or **BCL SBO-BBO** (via secure bank email systems). - Upon successful completion of the trial, we are open to **Block Funds MT799** or **SBLC MT760** for a one-year agreement. 4. **Proposed Transaction Flow**: - Online Meeting - Submission of **LOI** - Issuance of **FCO** and **SPA** - Exchange of **KYC/CIS** documents - Provision of **BCL/Admin Hold/Promissory Note** as security We look forward to hearing your feedback on these terms and proceeding to the next step.
